During lunch at the airport, we placed all our instruments on a naturally raised platform, and posted a sentry to watch over them. (There wasn’t enough time to dig a moat and fill it with waste.)

In the morning we had sectionals with members of the London Philharmonic and the London Chamber Orchestra: A few hours at British Museum… and then heard an amazing concert at Cadogan Hall.
