Looks authentic! Wonder what was on the menu.
There was some bread, which is different from what you can get in the US, such as traditional rye bread, special kind of rolls, called “rogaliki”.
Then there was great mushroom soup. The mushrooms used for it were also very typical to Central or Eastern Europe — you can’t find then in the US.
The soup was followed by beef roast with “knedliki”, which are traditional Czech dumplings, all in a very tasty gravy.
After that there was a dessert — ice cream with a thin crepe on top with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and other tasty stuff.
Thank you! Not only we knew that kids arrived safely, but also what they did and ate!
